Where to sleep tonight, how to get on the list, and what to expect when you arrive.

Bunk Check-In:General bunk check-in starts at 8:00 AM. Arrive early — spots fill fast.

Mailing Address:You can use 4869 Broadway as your mailing address. Good for Lifeline phones, government IDs, and benefit correspondence.
🔒 Lockers
Available:Yes — for day center and overnight guests, subject to availability.
How to Request:Ask on a Saturday night — that's when locker requests are accepted.
💡 Locker tip: Request your locker on Saturday night when the timing is right. Once you have one, keep track of it — unclaimed lockers can be cleared without notice.
🧺 Laundry
Washer Cost:$1.50 per load — quarters required.
Dryer Cost:Free.
Detergent:Provided — you don't need to bring your own.
Change Machine:None on site. Get quarters before you arrive. The Downtown RTD Station (14th & Walnut) ticket machines are your best bet for coin change in Boulder.
⚠️ Weekend Hours — Important
Sat & Sun:All residents must exit the building by 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday mornings and cannot re-enter until 5:00 PM.
Plan for this on weekends. From 8 AM to 5 PM Saturday and Sunday you will need to be somewhere else — the library, Central Park, daytime meal programs. Check the Daytime Spots page for where to go. If it's extremely cold, call 2-1-1 to ask about any activated warming options.
📋 Case Management
Case Workers:Available on site. Make an appointment at the front desk — don't try to navigate housing and documents alone if you can avoid it.
Vital Documents:Case workers can help you get IDs, birth certificates, Social Security cards, and other vital documents — including fee waivers.
🏡 Transitional Housing — Know This First
Firsthand note: At least one All Roads case worker has confirmed that their transitional housing program currently requires residents to be employed or actively pursuing employment. This is not clearly stated in All Roads' public-facing materials — but it reflects what people are actually being told on the inside.
What this means for you: If you're working toward transitional housing through All Roads, start building an employment record or job-search documentation now — even gig work, day labor, or documented job applications may count. Ask your case worker directly what the current criteria are, as this can change.

💡 New here? Go straight to the front desk when you arrive. Ask what you need to do to get a bed — the intake process takes time and starting early matters.

📋 Housing Waitlists & Navigation
Getting on a Housing List
Permanent housing takes time. But you need to be on the list to be considered. Here's the path:
Step 1:Complete Coordinated Entry — call 303-579-4404. This assessment determines your housing priority level.
Step 2:Meet with a case manager at All Roads Shelter (4869 N. Broadway). They can help you navigate waitlists, gather documents, and apply for vouchers.
Step 3:Ask specifically about Boulder County Housing Authority waitlists, Section 8 vouchers, and any rapid rehousing programs currently open.
💡 Reality Check: Waitlists can be months or years long. Don't let that stop you from getting on them today. The sooner you're on, the sooner you move up.
